Where we build
We build across Greene County and Christian County, Missouri — Springfield and the ring of towns around it. There is no walk-in office; we work off the site, and the first conversation happens on the phone. Which office issues your permit depends on whether your parcel sits inside a city limit or in the unincorporated county, and the rules are genuinely different from one to the next.
